Registration

Once a paper is accepted the registration phase begins. The authors have to complete following FOUR steps.

Step 1 – Registration Fee
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the Proceedings and be included in the Technical Program. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has to be registered.

Minimum allowed pages (while submitting the camera ready paper) is 8 (Eight) pages

Make sure to add US$ 50 for each money transfer for Bank Administration Fee & Postage Journal Delivery.

  • Non Student Author with maximum 2 authors (first paper): US$ 780
  • Student Author with maximum 2 authors (first paper): US$ 750
  • Extra paper with maximum 2 authors (per paper, 2nd paper and onwards): US$ 675
  • Extra page charge (per Page): US$ 100
  • Extra Charge (per paper) with authors > 2 : USD 75/author
  • Conference Attendees: US$ 200

The authors will get the Hardcopy that will be delivered from INFORMATION-An International Interdisciplinary Journal – Japan and downloadable online version of the Special Issue

All the conference attendees should be registered. Only registered authors can participate in conference and present their papers. If the registered author is absent, another co-author if his/her status can present the paper. If a student availed the deduction facility while registering and he/she is unable to make it, then another co-author student can present the paper. Only full time scholars and students can avail the student deduction facility. Students should submit the scanned copy of the Identity Card along with the Bonafide Certificate from the Head of the College/University.

Step 2 – Copyright Transfer

All Authors have to sign (for their individual paper) Copyright Transfer Form electronically for Information – iii Journal

Step 3 – Minimum number of pages for Information – iii journal is 8 (Eight)  pages.

Step 4 – Registration
Send your completed registration form along with the scanned copy of the proof of payment and  Camera Ready Full Paper to: biomedpubconf@gmail.com
